BAKED SALAMI


INGREDIENTS

• Applegate Naturals salami

• 0% Greek yogurt

• Fresh basil

DIRECTIONS

1) Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

2) Line a baking sheet with tinfoil. Place each piece of Applegate Naturals salami (as many that will fit) on a baking sheet making sure they aren’t touching. The salami will shrink when cooked.

3) Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are crispy, but not burned.

4) Dab salami with a paper towel to get rid of the excess oil then place on a plate.

5) Chop 5 large pieces of basil. Add a pea size dollop of 0% Greek yogurt to the middle of each piece of salami, then top with a few pieces of basil.
